I hold an Enhanced DBS and continue to update my training in the KCSIE, Academy Handbook and Ofsted, ISI Inspection Frameworks and HSG220 and CQC.

Having held senior leadership roles in schools and education services, I understands the complexities of maintaining a safe, efficient, and legally compliant educational environment. My extensive experience and background in health and safety, risk management, and legal compliance, combined with a deep understanding of the unique needs of regulated institutions, having been instrumental in hundreds of compliance system rollouts, making me ideally positioned to guide you through the compliance audit process.
I offer tailored audits that assess key areas of your operations, from health and safety standards to facilities management, helping schools identify gaps, reduce risks, and enhance overall safety and efficiency. My commitment to integrity and growth ensures that each audit is comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with best practices in the sectors.
Personally, I live in Reading with my partner, too many children and four dogs! I am an advanced motorcycle rider and tutor and love to tour Wales, Ireland and Europe; when I have time!
